FIBC BAG CHECKING AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.  Bag External Checking

2.  Pre-cut thread inside and outside the bag

3.  Air blowing inside the bag - internal cleaning  (electrostatic dust removal)

4.  Visual inspection of FIBC bag interior (foreign body inspection) Handle dirt and loose silk, check whether the bag parts are complete, whether the surface is clean and tidy, whether there are foreign metter inside, and whether the sewing meets the sewing design

5.  Hanging up inspection - internal cleaning: Hang the bag with the hook, using sticky roll to clean away  the thread residue, yarn or other  foreign matter attached inside and outside the bag

6. Final check: Whether bag parts are complete and spot check whether the bag size is qualified, make sure external and internal of bag is qualified

7. BAG FOLDING / PACKING
