Electrostatic dust removal is a necessary step in the process of quality inspection of FIBC bag to thoroughly clean the foreign matters in each bag, such as waste pp wire, impurity, dust, etc

This process is to check the integrity of the bag material(Qualified quality）, the correctness of the manufacturing, the connection parts of the material are sewn firmly, the specifications are standard, and the materials of each part are hygienic and tidy

This process is aimed at strengthening the monitoring of food-grade bags. Based on the previous processes, the inside and outside of the bag are cleaned again with a manual hand-held sticky roller to make sure there is no impurities and waste yarn inside, and no dirt or dust outside.

We carry out anti-skid test on pp woven bags to prevent slipping during production and transportation

We carry out drop test for each batch of pp woven bags

Our inspectors do the final test before packaging
